I have decided to put a new twist on my favorite spring coat..
I love this vintage shirt, It's been in the store since last spring and I have always wanted it to fit but its a tiny one......
So I had the Idea of giving my lovely old neutral a little flare,with maybe a little Rick rack and the vintage Asian fabric in a ruffle down the front....
Angie (seamstress) may think I'm crazy but I can't wait...
any other Ideas to add a little flare?
