A busy weekend...

My Sister came down from Anchorage
for the weekend with her 3 kids.

So we did a little crafting





I went down to the lodge for a couple of days
I hadn't been down for awhile....

I noticed Pops had done a little redecorating
meet a Wall Eye....





Visited a local Art gallery
this young budding artist work really spoke to me...





we looked through old photo albums
and I found more of these....
I love the illustrations


Now I will have both of my Grandparents
wedding certificates.
I'll have to find a way to frame these.
I hope you had a fun weekend also
filled with fun!

    kids art is so graet

    Yes of course I had a fun weekend,..celebrate my birthday..so I wanted to watch "Yogi bear" in the cinema and after that having dinner at my favorite
    tapas Lounge ;O)

    You made some lovely works of art! The wedding certificates look beautiful. We don't have certificates like that here, but get a little book that doesn't look pretty at all instead.

    Is the cabin still yours? I thought you had sold it.

    I love all certificates of celebration, I think my mother must still have our Baptism and other important certificates. The art on them is always beautiful and the lettering lovely, not sure if they do anything so precious these days.

    I love your Dads wall eye....so funny! The wedding certificates are so sweet. I am at the lake drawing and taking photos. I still have to figure out blogging on a phone. I almost figured it out....just need to figure out how to post photos. Loved your crafting projects! Stay safe!!!
