I love these cookies there a girl not really a guy cookie.1/2 cup powder sugar
1 cup butter
cream together
then add
1/2 cup corn starch
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
bake 350 till golden brown on sides
frost with
2T butter
1 1/2 cups powder sugar
2T milk
1/4 peppermint extract

Thanks for the recipe, Heidi. I think I'll wait a little while before I try it but I'm going to print it off, maybe make it for Valentine's Day, maybe with pink icing, what do you think?
