I got the tree up and decorated.

Our local nursery went out of business

and we use to always get a 9ft

so this one looks

Perfect!

My village all set up.

We have coming for dinner tonight some friends

who have a 1yr old and a 2 yr old.

My house has not been child proofed for a few

years now!

so everything looks so fresh!

This is the gray color I chose it looks so nice

with the white trim.

I will have to share later

the poor tree is now in its stand

and decorated.

I have 14 days

left of the store being open

and I have been having so much

fun with all my favorites.

I'm going to miss them!!!

till I reopen.

Sorry this was such a long

My Mom and Dad lent me their

laptop till I get mine up and running

hence the long post.

Maybe if it was down more often

I would get so much more

done!

What a Day I had....

My day started at 4:30 with the worst headache

and my Mom and I had hair appointments with

Sylvia which is always a highlight.

I had driven down to the lodge and picked up my parents

and was racing to make our 10am appointment.

when I got there I was feeling sicker than ever

and look what she gave me.....

Julie my very own pair of RED clogs

they are like walking on clouds!

I earlier had posted about these shoes in the spring.

then I had to go to the school last night

for the PTO

cash raffle drawing for $2,500

well I still had a ticket left in the pot

and they were down to 12 lucky tickets

and I won $50 and 6 cupcakes from Cold Stone!

and after I at 9:30 white knuckled it driving

home last night in freezing rain.

I had Corine follow me I was a little scared

a friend had dropped off for me

this little vintage ceramic tree.

Sooo Sweet!

What a Wonderful day and I had fab hair

on top of it all.....why can I never get my hair to look like

they do after all these years they are just

magicians in the hair department.

Every year since Mimi was born I have bought her

an ornament from Anthropologie.

but this year I had to add these sweet

crocheted ornaments from

Target

the frog, owl and fox.

I have had so much fun with

her little pink tree.

although I have to share

my Little Angel

had to sit out of an

activity in Gym

the other day because

she refused to pick a partner

because who she wanted to be paired

up with already had a partner.

We had a little talk....

I love this purchase

at Pier 1

this sweet owl mug

just makes my tea taste

a little better!

We all know I had plenty of time to shop

while stranded....

and scrabble!

and of course every year

I have to get the new Starbucks

Christmas C.D.

I love them all!

and last but not least

here is my beloved hard tack

Its not the holidays without

this and a little butter on top!

It has cardamon in it

so good!
