A Grand Recovery and a Lutefisk tale!!

Just a quick note to let you know my Mom's surgery
went very well.
I spent most of the day with my Dad and I have
come to the conclusion he's a
love able goofball

we get into finally see my Mom after surgery
Thank you Amanda and Greg.
AND
the recovery nurse is telling us that
my Mom has sleep apnea and my Dad doesn't miss a beat
and says
How soon can she start eating Lutefisk
again.

What a nut!!!

My Dad is Danish
and my Mom is half Swedish
and  Norwegian.

so I grew up with alot of Scandinavian food
only the love of Lutefisk never got passed along!
Yuck

Amanda met me at the Hospital
and helped me change my
header and kept us company for a while.

I just love it
she is so artistic and creative.

I'm off to the hospital again
with the kids...
